Our Project Manager Ruben is awesome and great with communication. He paid attention to details and attended to any concerns we had in a timely manner. The timing of the project could have been better but this was due to the 3rd party vendors and beyond SRC's control. A big shout out to the awesome SRC team from our Design contact - Shelley who totally understood what we were trying to achieve and delivered on the design drawings to our 1st PM Bill who started off the project and to Ruben who executed the design and delivered with dedication and hardwork from the team. Our house looks quite amazing post Harvey. It took awhile but that is because they did the job right. For any redesign in your home or (no more historic storms please) rebuilds, I highly recommend SRC. And you’re lucky if you get Bill Bailey as your project manager.

Superior Renovations & Construction is a customer of ours. They had used us in the past for products and jobs and then when we had a job to be done, we contacted them. They did a complete design of our building exterior and interior, including walls, doors, flooring, kitchen area, electrical—you name it. They pretty much did the whole remodel after we had gutted it. They’re professional, timely and got the job done. We had constant communication with them and their price was right there. They did a great job.

Our home flooded during Hurricane Harvey, Superior Renovation & Construction made the process of getting back in our home much easier. They were helpful with picking out the materials and dealt with the insurance company, we had to followup up with the insurance company but other than that they dealt with the paperwork side of it. They did the efficiently, we were back in our home 6 months after the flood. We are very happy with the finish product and if we remodel in the future we will be reaching out to them.

We found out about Superior Renovation & Construction through a referral from my real estate agent. They put in a kitchen in the apartment over the garage and we talked about doing some laundry-room remodeling. But, we ended up not doing it and that's part of the reason why I liked working with them so much. We backed out on half of the work we were going to do, but they still worked with us and did a great job. It was not a big job, but I still got great customer service. Plus, I liked everyone I worked with.

I found out about Superior Renovation & Construction through Google. All we needed done was our kitchen tile and back splash which had been taken out by another company that flaked on the other half of the job. So, when I talked to Shelly from Superior Renovation & Construction, she was able to get someone out here within days to do the rest of the job. She pulled some guys off another job to get here and get it done. She knew that we did not have any flooring in there for about three weeks at that point. They were not the first company I called; they were probably about the sixth or seventh one. She was the only one to make it work. I definitely recommend Superior Renovation & Construction.

We had Superior Renovation and Construction do two projects for us. I can’t remember how we first found out about them, but I believe it was a web search. The first time we used them, it was to convert a screened-in porch into a secondary master bedroom. The next time, it was because we had used them before and we liked what they did. The second time was to redo our master bath. The thing that really stood out about Superior Renovation & Construction was that they finished the job 100% to our liking. Shane was really easy to work with and the project managers were really easy to work with as well.

I was not sure exactly how to do it and they came up with a great idea that I loved. The way they designed my bathroom really made their work stand out. I just love my bathroom. Shane and his crew are the consummate professionals! The guy cleaned up as he was going, was very considerate about going in and out and most of all did a great job. This was our first real "construction" type project on a newer house and though minor in scope to what these guys are used to, Shane treated us as if we were their only clients. I was referred to Superior Renovation and Construction by a friend. Once there was an agreement with the insurance company, the work progressed very quickly without too many delays. When I asked questions I got relatively quick answers. Superior Renovation and Construction redid the whole first floor of my house. They did the floors and sheet rock from the floor to the ceiling. And I had a raised floor in one room and no longer wanted it, so they poured some concrete and took it out. They do good work.

I think that I found out about Superior Renovation and Construction through Woodlands Impact magazine. My house was flooded with Harvey and Superior Renovation and Construction did a great job coming in and doing all of our flooring, installing all the bottom cabinets and doing the drywall. They also did a good job with the budget and handling the insurance company. They even finished in a timely manner, and that meant that my family could get back home.

Super Renovations was our second contractor for our covered patio - we had to fire our first. They were absolutely wonderful. Fixed all of the issues from the first contractor, built us a beautiful patio, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. We enjoyed working with Sergio (project manager) - he had some great design ideas we utilized. Not only that, but they realized they over billed us and are sending us a refund. Speaks well of their integrity. We plan on using them again in the future.

We decided to go with Superior Renovations and Construction because of their professionalism as well as propmptly getting back to us with a great bid price for our project. They provided great insight and ideas for us during the project, but were never pushy in an attempt to upsell the project and were able to finish the project within our desired budget.
