1. Don’t move, just remodel! Think how much usable space you could add to your house by converting the attic and garage. When a family outgrows a house, if all they have to do is convert the attic and garage, how easy that might be to make the home feel spacious again. Since you already have the open space, floor or slab and electricity, you have a head start. All you need is good advice, a good plan and a superior construction company.

2. Remodeling your attic adds value and living space to your home. A lot of interesting possibilities exist in attics. If you have a gabled roof, you may have interesting angles and shapes to create cozy little places to sit and think. Brick walls and wooden beams can be featured and create an authentic look. Consider adding skylights and dormer windows for great natural light and window seats for snuggling up in with that great book.

Or, how would you like a cedar closet for storage of off-season clothing, a dark and cozy home theater, or an office? Then, you might like a hobby or craft room with lots of shelves, a quiet yoga room for meditation and exercise, or a game room for the whole family with a pool table, foos ball, and tables and chairs for table games. Or, you could simply have a bed and a bath. The possibilities go on and on. You could have a place for whatever you want and need.

4. Are you using your garage to store old appliances and boxes and boxes of unused toys, clothing and just plain “stuff?” Do you need all these things in that really great space or can you get rid of or store things elsewhere and have much-needed new rooms in your house? What could be in these rooms? Well, you could have extra bedrooms and a bath, a mother-in-law apartment or an apartment to rent out or use as a guest suite. You could create a great gym and have room for a bath, too. What about an enormous playroom or an art studio for all your creative ventures. An all-time popular choice is a terrific office with all the professional touches. Or it could be a craft, hobby, or sewing complex with lots of shelves and a cutting table. Other possibilities include a game room, a home theater, and a place to store food and wine. Whatever your choice, we can help you.

5. You get a great increase in property value with a garage conversion.
